Determined to completely renovate the Evangelion universe, last year Anno Hideaki, its creator, embarked on a new tetralogy that made the most of the latest animation technologies and meant a new beginning, closer to his original desires.
Evangelion 1.0, presented at Sitges'08, re-updated the series' first six episodes and Evangelion 2.0 continues the task with the following fourteen. Sola
Sola's story revolves around Yorito Morimiya, the main protagonist, who is a young boy attending high school. He loves taking pictures of the sky at any time of day and any time of the year. One day, Yorito decides to take a picture of the sunrise overlooking the bay, but is deterred when he meets a strange girl trying to force a vending machine that stole her money to give her what she tried to buy—a can of tomato juice. Yorito helps her with forcing the machine while attempting to strike up conversation with her, despite it being four in the morning. Yorito tells her why he is here, but by the time he has forced the can out of the machine, the girl has mysteriously vanished.

Allison and Lillia
The first half of the story centers around Allison Whittington, a young blonde pilot in the Roxche Air Force who has experience with biplanes. She comes to visit her good friend Wil Schultz during his summer vacation at Rowe Sneyum Senior School's dormitory after being away for six months. The two get involved in three different adventures over a period of a year where they meet new people and form important bonds.

Wil has in this time assumed a new identity, Travas, under the Sou Beil military, though still dates Allison. Lillia's companion is her childhood friend Treize, son of Carr Benedict and Fiona; Treize has a twin sister named Merielle. Lillia's and Treize's adventure together begins during her summer vacation from school.
Allison & Lillia’s story covers the storys of the Roxcheanuk Confederation, and the United Kingdom of Bezel Iltoa.

Keroro is a frog-like alien sent from his home planet on a mission to conquer Earth. The next morning, a breaking news story shows that the X has spread to more than just Keroro, giving the people of Tokyo telepathic abilities, including the Hinata Household and the Keroro Platoon. The Earthlings seem to think this is a great gift, but the mark may actually be part of a Pekopon invasion older than time itself.

Plot Summary: Three young girls, Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu, are transported to a magical world called Cephiro during a field trip to Tokyo Tower. They are soon greeted by Master Mage Clef, who explains to them that they have been summoned to become the Legendary Magic Knights and save Cephiro. The girls are less than enthusiastic about this idea, and only want to return home. Clef further explains that they must seek out the three Rune Gods to help them fight.
